Late this June, Caitlin and Mark took us outside our normal (but not bound-to) territory, for their wedding atΒ Greenville Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware! We were so excited to meet this duo as we had only gotten to know them over the phone; the two had been living in London since we first spoke to them!
The venue was so beautiful. The building itself had a rustic flair, while the ceremony site was out in a perfectly green courtyard, and the reception was housed under a giant tent adorned with string lights (it was almost like dancing under the stars when the sun went down!) You would never know by looking that there was actually a bunch of construction going on towards the side of the building at the time!
Caitlin, Mark and their loyal bridal party braved the heat wave temperatures for some portraits around the grounds and on the sprawling lawn, and the bride and groom even let us steal them away for a quite moment at sunset.
To end the reception, the band played Mark's favorite wedding song, SHOUT!, to which EVERYONE got into! The two walked out of their party in style: right through a sparkler exit and into a classic car adorned with a "Just Married" sign and the quintessential cans tied to the bumper. It was definitely a day that we will remember for a long time to come!
