Jessica had lots of ideas for her engagement photo session with Hans, and Matt and I were really excited to make them into reality. We started at Braveheart Highland Pub in Hellertown to get some quiet and cozy shots, then we moved out to the Steel Stacks in Bethlehem to create some edgier shots and we rounded it all out with some fun shots tossing the football around in their Steelers jerseys. They were such great sports and up for trying out all of Matt and my ideas too — I can't wait for their wedding!

Sneak Peek: Cristina & Luis
Yesterday was a very busy day--Matt and I had two engagement shoots up in the Lehigh Valley, one meeting and spent the rest of the afternoon packaging the photos from the baseball and dance team photo shoots. But, at the end of it all, we looked at each other and said that we are so freaking lucky. We have gotten such a great group of brides & grooms that we leave every shoot feeling so energized and excited for them. But enough about us--Cristina and Luis were so smoking hot yesterday that I had trouble choosing just one photo for their sneak peek. Since the first photo is more about their adorable bulldog pup, I decided to post another one just for them. There will be lots more to come soon.
Dear Brides, I feel your stress!
Yesterday marked one month until my wedding! And that means I am officially in crazy wedding planning mode. I am definitely feeling a lot of empathy for all my brides, past and future. I am so excited to how my whole day comes together, as long as these details aren't the end of me. Last week was spent constructing our place cards. I'm so happy with how they turned out.

Sneak peek: Jessica & Hans
We'll be sharing much more of the fun we had with this great couple next week, but I couldn't resist posting one of my favorite images. We wanted the middle part of our shoot to have a cool, gritty vibe, so we chose a backdrop that fit the look perfectly--the Steel Stacks in Bethlehem (non-casino parts.) We made friends with the security guard who allowed us to get much closer to the scene then the fences normally allow.

Seriously...Josh wasn't the only one with personality here. I asked Joanna to strike a pose and bam!
Matt caught the next three shots of the guys before the ceremony.

I love the expressions in these formals :)
